Product descriptions visible to buyers in an online store must include the following details:

1. The full name, registered trade name, or registered trademark of the manufacturer.
2. The postal and email address where the manufacturer can be contacted.
3. Information identifying the product, including its image, type, and other identifiers.
4. Any warnings or safety information required to be displayed on the product, packaging, or accompanying documents in compliance with this Regulation or other applicable EU harmonized legislation, provided in a language easily understood by consumers in the Member State where the product is marketed.

Even if the manufacturer does not sell products directly to consumers, the website must provide contact information for consumers, including:

• A phone number
• An email address
• A dedicated section of the website, designed to accommodate the accessibility needs of persons with disabilities, allowing consumers to:
  - Submit complaints.
  - Report accidents or safety issues related to the product

The website (at least the consumer contact section) must be available in the languages of the countries where the products are sold. This could, for example, take the form of a separate webpage for consumers.
